Stretching calf muscles is important for lengthening a key leg muscle and increasing flexibility. Learn how to do calf stretch exercises in this stretching and flexibility video. Take action: use platform or stairwell, stretch calves before flexing muscles, go one leg at a time, toe against wall, heel planted & lean forward, and hold 15 to 30 seconds.
